Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

There are no purchase refunds. All sales are final. Unless you have received a damaged purchase and are able to provide a snapshot. Once your email is received with snapshot, we will respond accordingly.

If approved, then we will respond accordingly. Again, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Help! I have not received my purchase yet?

If you have yet to receive your purchase within standard 4-10 business days, please note, due to COVID and supply chain, expect some delays in shipment beyond the standard delivery time. please note that once we ship the item via USPS and tracking indicates received, we assume item has been successfully received. Please contact USPS directly to follow up with their carrier, we can provide tracking information.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds. All sales are final. Unless you have received an item that is damaged or defective and can supply snapshot of the product or product(s).
